These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Narky. Pattern & Proof. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Purpose of the service
Narky is an organizational and documentation tool. It helps users record observations, media, parenting time, workplace events, timestamps, frequency, escalation, impact, and patterns. It does not diagnose narcissistic personality disorder or any other condition, determine whether abuse or unlawful workplace conduct occurred, or guarantee a legal or employment outcome.
Your rights and choices
You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. You may review and export available records, control when you create sharing links, stop using the service, and request available assistance with access, correction, or deletion. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or preservation of records you asked us to maintain.
Billing and annual renewal
Paid access is offered at the price and billing period shown at checkout. New members who subscribe from November 15 through December 15, 2026, may receive a promotional first-year price of $29.99. Unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout, membership renews at the standard rate of $49.99 per year until canceled. The promotional price applies only to the first membership year. Applicable taxes may be added. Before completing payment, you will be shown the total charge and whether the membership renews automatically. If automatic renewal is enabled, the payment method on file may be charged at the start of each new annual term unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will provide legally required billing or renewal notices.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel future renewal through the account or billing controls made available to you. Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge but does not ordinarily end access before the close of the paid term. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, charges for a term that has already begun are nonrefundable. Cancelling does not automatically delete your records; use the available data controls or contact support for a separate deletion request.
Not legal, medical, or safety advice
Narky does not provide legal, medical, mental-health, or domestic-violence counseling. An entry, chart, audit trail, fingerprint, or export is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, admissible, or persuasive in court. Consult qualified local professionals about your circumstances. Contact emergency services if you face immediate danger.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you enter; protecting your device and account; keeping necessary backups; and deciding when and with whom to share information. You must have the legal right to upload every photo, screenshot, or document you preserve.
Uploads, privacy, and children
Privacy, custody, communications, and evidence laws differ by location. You agree not to use Narky to upload, access, or distribute content unlawfully. Narky does not currently accept audio or video uploads. Exercise particular care with children’s names, images, communications, school information, and medical information.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service to harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, exploit, defame, unlawfully surveil, violate court orders, infringe intellectual-property rights, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, or obtain access to another person’s records.
Account and sharing links
You are responsible for activity associated with your sign-in and for maintaining control of read-only links and exports. Anyone who receives a working sharing link may be able to view its contents until it expires. Do not send sensitive links through unsafe channels.
Availability and changes
The service may change, be interrupted, or discontinue features. Keep independent copies of records you cannot afford to lose. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, or misuse prevention.
Ownership
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant the service the limited permission needed to host, process, display, export, and transmit that content as required to provide features you request. The Narky name, visual identity, interface, and software remain protected by applicable law.
Service limitations
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage, a particular legal outcome, or that any record will be accepted as evidence. No warranty is made that the service will meet every legal, evidentiary, safety, or security need. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
