Creating a record when your reality keeps being rewritten.
Narky™. Pattern & Proof grew from a deeply personal understanding of what it feels like when your experiences are minimized, your reality is questioned, and your voice becomes difficult to hear—even to yourself.
I created Narky to give women like me a place to reclaim that voice. I wanted to build the kind of tool I once needed: a private space to document what happened, preserve the details, and recognize patterns that can be difficult to explain when each incident is viewed on its own. Sometimes clarity begins when you stop trying to prove your experience in the moment and simply start recording it.
Although my personal experience helped inspire Narky, its purpose reaches further. The platform is designed to support anyone navigating repeated gaslighting, coercive control, parenting-time interference, workplace mistreatment, or other emotionally controlling behavior. My hope is that Narky helps people feel more informed, more validated, and better prepared to communicate their experiences to trusted advocates, counselors, HR professionals, attorneys, or other qualified professionals.
My Master of Education degree, Certified Tier 1 Leadership credential, and professional background in supporting students, families, and school communities inform the way I approach Narky: with care, clarity, practical structure, and a commitment to helping people feel seen and better prepared to advocate for themselves.
Narky does not diagnose people or define someone’s experience for them. It helps users preserve their own story—with dates, facts, context, and supporting records—so their voice is no longer lost inside someone else’s version of events.
Why Narky exists
Create space for experiences that may have been minimized, denied, reframed, or blamed on the person experiencing them.
Connect dates, repeated tactics, media, witnesses, escalation, consequences, and impact instead of relying on memory alone.
Bring organized facts to conversations with an advocate, counselor, attorney, mediator, custody professional, or other trusted support.
Narky helps users build dated, factual records showing repetition, frequency, escalation, context, supporting media, witnesses, and impact. Those records may help attorneys and other qualified professionals review clear, consistent, observable patterns over time.
The website preserves original records, timestamps, audit activity, and file fingerprints to help with organization and authentication. However, no service can guarantee that evidence will be admitted. Admissibility depends on applicable law, relevance, authenticity, how recordings were obtained, and the court’s rulings.
Employees can document repeated intimidation, retaliation, blame-shifting, harassment, exclusion, shifting expectations, and related communications using dates, exact language, witnesses, and measurable impact.
A consistent chronology may help a user explain frequency and patterns to an attorney, HR professional, union representative, counselor, advocate, or another trusted reviewer. Employment and recording laws vary, so users should preserve information lawfully and seek qualified advice.
Narky also functions as a parenting-time log. Users can record scheduled and actual parenting time, exchanges, delays, missed visits, changes, photographs, communications, and factual observations involving minor children in the home.
Household members can be connected to incident entries to document who was present and how repeated conduct affected the children. This can help organize a chronology for custody discussions, mediation, professional review, or court—while keeping the focus on observable facts rather than labels.
An important distinction
The website helps users record clear, consistent, observable patterns and their impact across personal, parenting, and workplace settings. It is not a clinical assessment, a substitute for professional safety planning, HR guidance, or legal advice. Users should work with qualified professionals when making decisions about safety, children, employment, or legal proceedings.
